PROGRAMS
YAC (Youth Advisory Council)
The Tiffin Community Foundation Youth Advisory Council (YAC) is a program to teach area students about non-profit organizations and their role in our community. YAC members began their 2022-2023 year with a ride through Downtown Tiffin on the Tiffin Pedal Bike. Aaron Montz of Tiffin-Seneca Economic Partnership spoke during the tour of recent development and plans for the future. Students will meet monthly to visit other non-profit organizations and consider how these entities work together to meet community needs. At the end of the school year students consider grant applications impacting area youth. The YAC is funded with a grant from The White Family Charitable Fund. Applications to the YAC are due March 31 each year.
