The Tiffin Community Foundation, originally known as The Tiffin Charitable Foundation, was founded in 1983 by Attorney Charles D. “Bud” Hering, Jr., Jane Frost Kalnow, Fred Corbin, Fred Spurck, and Gordon Wagner with the assistance of Warren Kahn of Commercial National Bank.
