Hiring an Operations and Development Associate
Tiffin Community Foundation is a community trust for charitable and educational purposes. We provide education, awareness, advocacy and financial support to non-profit and educational organizations in Tiffin and Seneca County. We are currently seeking an Operations and Development Associate who will work full time for our Executive Director and Board of Trustees to further our mission to impact our community in a way that empowers every citizen to live their best lives. This role is a wide-spectrum position that will include administrative tasks, accounting and investment responsibilities, project development and marketing and public relations duties to name a few. The desired candidate will possess excellent people skills, have the ability to work independently, and be able to maintain absolute confidentiality. They must be able to demonstrate that they can learn, enhance and execute best practices on behalf of the organization. This position is an integral part of the foundation’s success and opportunities to impact the direction of our efforts are significant. We are looking for a key team member that can join us to continue building the foundation.
